Therefore, the primary challenge for weighing equipment in these conditions is the risk of frost formation and condensation water ingress.

Secondly, if frozen food is exposed to the external environment for an extended period, it is prone to thawing, which can lead to issues such as the food sticking together and poor material flow, ultimately affecting weighing accuracy.
