The challenge
Many snacks, due to their irregular shapes and tendency to stick together, can easily get stuck in the hopper or bag opening during the process of being measured and packed into large bags. This leads to issues such as material blockage, jamming, and difficulty in discharging.
project goals
The upgraded bag-in-bag packaging machine is equipped with multiple sets of accompanying independent funnels. Through mechanisms such as multi-station feeding, synchronous vibration, and servo-assisted pressing, it ensures that each snack is smoothly dropped into the bag. This guarantees product stability and increases production capacity without requiring additional floor space.

The bag-in-bag packaging machine is suitable for various bag types, including zipper bags, stand-up pouches, and shaped bags. It utilizes horizontal multi-stage bag-feeding technology to ensure stable bag positioning.
The machine can automatically complete processes such as bag feeding, coding, bag opening, weighing, filling, sealing, output, metal detection, checkweighing, and cartoning.
The equipment supports one‑button adjustment of bag width, meeting the production needs of multiple SKUs.
